Benedict Cumberbatch is one of the most in-demand actors in
movies today. Cumberbatch has already had a few films released this year--Star
Trek Into Darkness, 12 Years a Slave, and The Fifth Estate. He also has two
more films coming out before the end of year--The Hobbit: The Desolation of
Smaug, and August: Osage County.
While Cumberbatch is thrilled to be having such a great year in films and is proud of all the work he has done, he seems to have been the most excited to have worked on August: Osage County. This film, based on the stage play of the same name, has an all-star cast which features Academy Award Winners Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, and Chris Cooper. Cumberbatch told us that he loved working on the film and was in total amazement working with and watching the iconic Meryl Streep.
August: Osage County opens Christmas Day.
